Staff Report / jaxlocal.org

Jacksonville, FL - The excitement is building as fans prepare for the home opener at EverBank Stadium on Sunday, August 15, 2024. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department personnel will be on-site to ensure a smooth event.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early, with parking lots opening at 9 a.m. and stadium gates opening at 10 a.m. Gates 1 and 4 will open first, followed by the other gates at 11 a.m. Traffic is expected to increase as game time approaches, so arriving three hours prior to kickoff is recommended for minimal delays.

Attendees are allowed to bring one unopened plastic bottle of water, no larger than 16.9 ounces, into the stadium. Please note that EverBank Stadium operates on a cashless system, so fans should bring credit or debit cards for purchases.

A clear bag policy is also in effect, with bags allowed no larger than 6"x12"x6". Additionally, small clutches not exceeding 4.5"x6.5" are permissible.

Drone use is strictly prohibited in and around the stadium. Weather forecasts indicate the possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms, so fans are advised to prepare accordingly. Umbrellas are not allowed in the stadium.
